Water Parks?

We are going to SSR next week and during our "down time" in the afternoon we were thinking of going to the water parks. What time of day is best to go to the water parks?

The best time is during the early opening for people staying at Disney Hotels in the A.M. It allows you to get a jump on the local traffic and go on all of the slides and rides while others are still looking for a place to sit. If your set on the afternoon, after about 2:30 P.M. it starts slowly emptying out. We like to do our afternoon down time by the hotel quiet pool. It may not be much of a down time at the water park.

During the summer, both TL and BB have EMH Mornings from 8am to 9am daily. Also check the schedule because they offer evening hours til 10 pm.

When we were there 3 wks ago, we arrived around 8:45 am and found a great shady spot. The park was pretty crowded by 10 am.

If you travel lite and dont need loungers or anything but the water, anytime after noon is fine.

If you want seats, go after 2pm.
