water parks & swimming pools open late Feb?

Are the water parks and swimming pools open late Feb , early March? Is it hit or miss on the warm weather. How are the crowds going to be at this time 2005. When would the best time be to go. We are going with my elderly mom and we want to have her see as much as possible , even the water parks. Any best guesses?

At least on waterpark (if not both of them) will be open. All the resort pools will be open (unless they are doing refurbishment). Pools are heated.
