Is the weather in late October ok to go to one of the water parks?

Is the water too chilly to do this? Is Typhoon Lagoon open?

To me October can still be hot. You should not have any trouble doing the water parks then.

hi:wave:
when we were there in november we swam in the pool every day and went to the water parks::yes:: so you should be ok in october

eve::MinnieMo

We were there this past October 18-25.

We were at water parks on 3 different mornings. The first time was at Typhoon Lagoon, it was bit cloudy and breezy, so it felt kind of cool at times. But the other two days were great. In fact, on our last day there, I got a blistering sunburn at Typhoon Lagoon.

We went to typhoon lagoon the last week of Oct. 2003, very hot, i even got a sunburn.

We usually go to WDW in July or August but were just there this October (17th - 26th) and the only difference we found was slightly lower temperatures (mid to high 80s), no humidity and fewer people. :) The weather was beautiful...great for swimming/water parks...they're still open. I think it's a perfect time of year to go. Have fun. :)

If you do happen to go to a water park when its cold, do they allow you to wear a lightweight wetsuit to stay warm?

We wen last October and temps were in the mid-upper 80s. Great swimming weather, and we enjoyed every minute at BB.
