Water parks at Thanksgiving

Sometimes. November weather is very had to predict. You will have to be flexible here. If there is a nice day, be prepared for huge crowds at the water park because there will only be one open at that time of year. We went when it was very crowded and IMO it is not worth it.

Yep, heated and pretty nice. If the weather is not the best, you can still go and have no crowds at all. We were just at BB two day in early Jan and had a blast.

Is it warm enough for the water parks at Thanksgiving?

Seeing that you are our state neighbor, you are probably used to hot weather (like us) for swimming.

We went Thanksgiving 2003 and all of our days were absolutley beautifully sunny and in the low to mid 70's.

We were on a package and didn't feel as though it was warm enough to justify a water park. We hardly made it to the volcano pool at the resort. :confused3

We are used to 90 degree weather for swimming. Anything else and I'm just plain cold :earseek:

We went the week following Thanksgiving and it was too cold. We tried; went on three waterslides, and then gave up because it was just too unpleasant. :( We spent the rest of the day at EPCOT.

Can't reallly foresee the weather EVERY Thanksgiving- but we went to the waterparks when we went on out Thanksgiving 12 day trip in 2003 and it was only SLIGHTLY cool-ish to us... but we're from Texas. LOL Everyone else seemed fine- but we're used to 100+ degree weather when we go to waterparks here at home! So we were a little chilled at times... and the water park was definitely not crowded at all.

We were also there for 10 days over Thanksgiving 2003. We spent one day at TL and we had so much fun. It was not so hot out that we had to cool off, but it was comfortable. A couple days after that the temps dropped alot, we were spending the day at DTD so we thought we would drive through the TL parking lot to see if there was anyone there. The parking lot was empty. I think its a toss up depending on the weather. We are going in December and hoping to get at least one day at a water park!

A couple days after that the temps dropped alot,

So true... we were freezing our Texan behinds off a few days later at Epcot. LOL

Hey, I wonder if we were at TL on the same day.. hmmm. Small world. ;)
