Water Parks annual pass or upgrade?

I will have a Platinum AP and everyone else will have FL resident weekday select APs ($270 pretax). If we choose to go to the water parks, it's cheaper to have them get water park APs, correct? Versus the Platinum Plus (I think that is the only one that includes the water parks, right)

However, it is cheaper for me to get the Platinum Plus, from what I am seeing, rather than adding the water parks AP on.

It's a mix of kids/adults.
