Water park discount question

A friend of mine that lives in Florida e-mailed me (knowing I read these boards quite often) and asked if I had heard of a special for Florida residents at the water parks. She thought she remembered hearing of a buy one - get one free (or 50% off). Her family has APs also. Does anyone know if this is infact true? Thank-you for any help.

Yes, Florida residents can buy one, get second pass for 50% off through 9/30/01. Available at the gate.
