Water park annual pass

This is more out of curiosity than anything -

Does the water park pass cover both parks or only one so you have to choose? And if so, is it cheaper if you only have one park instead of two?

So it is an annual pass that lasts all year? They don't have just seasonal passes?

I've just always been curious as to what the locals do.

It covers both parks. You do not have to choose. There is no option for an annual admission to only one water park. The only seasonal passes Disney offers are for the four theme parks.
