Water Park Annual Pass for Florida Residents

The Orlando Sentinel has an article this morning about new annual passes for water parks.

$100 for guests 10 and up, $81 age 3-9 for unlimited entry or $59 10 and up, $47 age 3-9 for entry any day after 2 pm.

Is this new or is the discount on passes which are only good after 2pm the new part?

The standard water park annual pass was available last year, and that's the price I remember paying.

The new part is the after 2 discount.
