Water park and ECV or WC

Just wondering if anyone has been in the last few years to a water park with an ECV or WC? I have tickets to the H2O Glow party at TL in late May (my son is in the college program and he's moving down in a couple of weeks!). When I bought the tickets I could walk more but lately my knees are wicked awful and just walking 20 feet is about it. I really only want to do the lazy river and I'd enjoy being able to go around on the paths (are they too sandy?) to just hang out.

My son will be with me so I could rent a push WC at that park for the evening - or should I bring the ECV? He wouldn't want to stay with me generally - he'll be off doing stuff. Can I leave the WC or ECV somewhere near the entry point for the lazy river?

Any park maps show the places with the steps into the lazy river or is there a zero entry spot?

I also found that apparently the water parks rent ECV's - from the Disney website: If Guests require assistance, Electric Conveyance Vehicles are available for rent at all Walt Disney World theme and water parks as well as Disney Springs.

I would love this info too. I am recovering from a fractured ankle and we plan to go to the party on the 24th.

I'm going on the 20th so I'll try to report back but I'm not home until the 24th. I'm guessing if they rent ECVs there then they expect you to be able to use them and park them somewhat near a place to get in the water. I'm renting one off-site so I'll probably bring it and take a Disney bus there and back to the hotel.

I don't know if the Glo Party is different...
TL guests normally transfer at DS. I'd install the Mears app and consider a wheelchair taxi. It's a van with a ramp. You drive up. Same rate as.a regular taxi.

That's a good thought. I could also take a Minnie Van there and back I'd think. It does sound like a pain to transfer at DS at least coming back when you're tired.

I posted this on the other thread when someone ask about a scooter.

Hi all! I'm debating on purchasing H2O glow tickets but wanted to know if it's wise I take my scooter in? I often use my scooter for distance. I know it won't go through the sand however are there chairs in places that would be easy for me to park my scooter?
I went to the first glow party on Saturday night. I decided to try to rent a scooter there and when we arrived asked a cast member and at first was told they didn’t have any. She called the place that rents them which is Singapore Sal and they said that they have two of them. I was able to get one.

I did see two or three other people that have brought their own scooters and yes, it wasn’t hard to get around because there is pretty much a paved walkway all around the water park. I was able to park it pretty close to the lazy river entrance for example.

Have fun!

**I also want to add that the scooters they rent at TL are older than time. We had a few issues making us late to the party so decided to drive and rent one there. Next time I'll bring my rental scooter with me.
