Water features in Future World - Epcot. Turned on yet?

I had read previously that some of the water fountains were not working in Epcot due to construction on some pipes or something...near Innovations West.

Is there still construction happening there or is the water turned on?

According the last pictures I saw from Josh at easywdw, the construction/repair work is ongoing but the water is back on.
