Anyone ordered cases of water and had delivered to their resort recently...wondering where the best and most reliable deal is right now if anyone has any recommendations. thanks!

I used costco.com - not as cheap as previous reports have indicated, but it shipped fast and was still cheaper than buying in the parks or having it delivered by a local grocery service, since that was the only thing we were getting.

Another vote for costco.com. For some reason, we find it to be the most reliable. I worry about sending things to the resorts and the items not showing up but costco.com does a great job.

Could anyone tell me what brand of water it is? Is it like costco brand or something like deer park...etc.? Also...how many bottles do you get and how much? My in-laws have a costco membership so we're thinking about doing this.

If I remember correctly, we got either Deer Park or their Kirkland brand. I think we got 24 bottles. They didn't charge us delivery either.

thanks everyone. do u have to have a costco membership to order? we don't have costco here. :(

also....what did you put when you did the shipping address so that it was clear that you were an incoming guest ?? I ship a box of stuff to myself and i

HA! When I read the title "Water Delivery" I immediately thought this was a water birth question. I'm a dork.:rolleyes1

another question? When do you order? how long before your vacay?

Thanks!

I think I read to order 4 days before arrival. You don't have to be a Costco member. They charge like 35 cents if you're not. Go on the Disney site to get the address for your resort. We're staying at ASMo, so this is what I'm going to give:

First Name Field: my first and last name
Last Name Field: Reservation #XXXX
Company Field: Disney's All Star Movies Resort
Address 1 Field: 1901 W. Buena Vista Dr.
Address 2 Field: GUEST ARRIVAL DATE: XX/XX/XX
City, State, ZIP Field: Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000

Take the tracking info with you so you have the name of the person who signed for it and the date in case they say they don't have it.

We use staples each year for water case delivery. I always order ink for my computer to get "free ship" and we order a tin of sugar cookies. If you do not go over a certain amount they charge a fee, which I do not know as I have never paid it. The ink is obviously sealed and I just throw it in my carry on. I buy it there anyway, so for me, a no brainer.

I order a week before online. Then call the service number and they review the order and update the address and usually add our reservation number so that concierge/front desk/baggage knows when we arrive. It has always been there for our arrival and they deliver it to our room for us without an issue.
For a 7 day trip we took 2 cases (my DS and DH will not even brush their teeth with Fla water:lmao:) me, I am fine with it. For this trip, 11 days, I may do 3 cases, we'll see...........(I always leave a little note to Mousekeeping to use/keep if they want, if we have left overs.....)
Have a great trip!
