Water Bottle Order ?

Sorry to ask again, as I know it has been asked before, but how soon should I place the order for water to be delivered to our resort and how should I enter the address into the site? I am ordering from Staples to be delivered to AKL, my arrival date in July 8th in the afternoon. I don't think there is an option to choose when you would like it delievered, and I also don't want to make AKL hold it for me for over a week if it gets there in a day or two. What has your experience been?

I was thinking of ordering next Sunday (1st of July) and addressing it to AKL, c/o my name, ressie # & arrival date. TIA

I'm not certain I'd put the reservation number unless others suggest you do.

I always thought it was best to put something like "guest name name - arrives June 8"

I ordered for two trips....one back in February, and one back in May. Both times I ordered thru Staples (first time they were offering free shipping)!! Anyway....the first time I ordered online about a week prior and it automatically came up with the next day's arrival date. I ended up calling Staples to push it off a few days....but it was delivered the next day anyway. In May, I ordered on a Wednesday because we were arriving on Sunday. I believe it was delivered that Thursday. Personally, I would say not to order it any further out than 5 days (we live in MA). But if you feel better ordering further out....go for it ...it might take a bit of time for bell services to find it...but they will!!

I put our name and arrival date on the instructions.

Just for a heads up someone else said they were online and called Staples and they were told by both"No Staples water in Florida for a few weeks" We both thought this was weird but this is what they were told. She asked why they did not get it from another wearhouse and they said they just don't do that.
