water at TL

My son has some skin issues with salt water. Is the water at TL in the shark reef, pools, or lazy river salt water or regular pool water? I'm assuming BB is all regular pool water??

Shark Reef is salt water, the rest of TL is regular chlorinated water as would be found at the resort pools or BB.
