Watching MNSSHP fireworks during Be Our Guest reservation?

So we planned a last minute surprise trip to Disney and I was finally able to get a reservation for Be Our Guest, but it's at 9:50 and the fireworks start at 10:15. What are the odds they'll let us walk outside to watch and then walk back in? Online it says they're 12 minutes long.

Doubtful. Also, I would not waste MNSSHP party time on Be Our Guest. You will be spending an hour to an hour and a half of a party you have paid to attend sitting inside a restaurant. There is so much to do and see at MNSSHP that we often go twice during our trip- between the characters, shows, atmosphere, decorations etc. While Be Our Guest is a beautiful restaurant and is something to see, I would spend my party time elsewhere.

Two days? Wow, I didn't realize that! Is there a certain time of day that I could check for canceled dining reservations on other days? Or are they just uploaded as they're canceled?

They are uploaded as they are cancelled. Touring plans has a reservation finder on their website that is great. You do not have to pay for a subscription to use it. I, and others on the boards, have had a lot of success with it. You have to watch your E-mail and jump on it though before someone else does. Other than that, I would check multiple times a day every day.

I don't know if you have checked the Be Our Guest menu on allears, but they have just recently gone to a prix fixe menu for a set price with a new menu. It is not appealing at all to DD-- she is debating whether she still wants to go (we have been there multiple times in the past). If the menu does not appeal to you- you might consider lunch or breakfast to see the restaurant. The only issue would be that the Beast is only there to meet at dinner.

Especially if you want to meet characters at MNSSHP, the night can be over before you know it!!! Is it so fun!!

FWIW, I agree with @ktlm. I like BOG dinner, but I would personally never want to eat there that late during MNSSHP (or anytime during MNSSHP really). Especially during fireworks.

Oh my, I would cancel that bad boy now! I would never dine during a party, and if fireworks were involved, oh dear! That will be one expensive meal in more ways than cost.

ETA: I had assumed you had party tickets. You do right? Because no one can enter restaurants or shops, or even bathrooms if they are they try without a ticket once the party starts.
