Be on the look out. I got a postcard today with a personalized URL. On the website, a PIN CODE! For $82 a night at Values between 8/3/08 to 10/1/08. Unfortunately, my fiance can not afford to go as we are saving for a wedding. If only the dates were for a year later when we plan to honeymoon, it would be PERFECT! It stinks but it still exciting!!! We got one last year that we were actually able to use.

I'm confused. I'm paying 82 a night at the values (93 including taxes) and getting the free DDP with that. How is the 82 a night a savings from even the standard rack rates?

It is the rack rate, so no savings I realize.
It also says "Save 20%** off the nondiscounted price.
Available for stays most nights 8/10-9/27/08, 10/19-11/1/08, 11/9-11/15/08 and 12/7-12/13/08."

We have reservations for Sept. I never knew about codes until I started reading here. I get mail all the time and throw it away. I got the nerve and called. They did give me a code in Feb and it is still good. The CM told me it was for an upgrade and I couldn't use it because we already getting free dining. Is this true? I tried to ask him more but he said one at a time.

The cast member you spoke to was correct. You can't "stack" the discounts. You have to choose one or the other. It may be worth it to ask what the price would be with your alternate discount code. If it works out to be a cheaper package than the free dining, you can apply the new code and skip the free dining.

This is the only part i'm interested in. Need 12/7/08-12/12/08; my stay starts on 12/6/08 so i may need to pay rack rate at AKL for 1 night, but i'm ok with that if I can get the rest of the stay discounted.
