DISNEY WORLD!! 
We spent 2 weeks there in Dec and have plans on another big trip next Dec. Didn't want to pull the kids out of school for that length of time in back to back years. Well...I started to check out the travel agents rates...took a look at the calendar...talked to the family........and we decided a week in Disney in late Nov/early Dec. just HAS to happen!! 
Looks like I am going to need to change my signature!!
