I was just reading on MSNBC that today the Washington Post printed a story urging citizens to prepare for a possible terrorist attack in the upcoming days. It has advised people to store a 3 day supply of food and water, duct tape, plastic sheeting, batteries and a radio in case of an attack with chemical or biological weapons. It says it does not want to scare people, but prepare them. Seems like since they have hightened our threat level from yellow to orange, the CIA has gathered interests that al queda wants to hit the US again particularly in New York and Washington. It also claims that a tape was realeased and is thought to be authentic of Bin Laden telling the people of Iraq that he is on their side.
I posted this b/c they say now show's the greatest threat for an attack since 9/11. I didn't post to scare anyone, but to tell everyone who reads it to stay close to a radio if something should happen. That is what the gov has asked everyone to do. It's kind of scary when it hits this close to home.
I really hope nothing happens and hope everyone will be safe
