Washington DC train crash survivor

Larry King had one of the survivors on his show. My question is, how does one get in a horrific train crash in Washington DC, and then within a couple hours is in studio makeup talking with Larry King in Atlanta?

Are you sure he was'nt Via Satellite?? I live here in D.C. and it happened today around 5:30.... I guess it's possible if they plucked him straight from the wreakage and stuck him on a private jet... that does seem odd though.

I guess, and thankfully so, the person had no severe injuries. I bet it was a satellite interview.

I only caught the last couple minutes, but it was definitely in a studio with that backdrop that looks like a giant Lite-Brite. I'm assuming it was his Atlanta studios.

Even if it's a remote interview, I still can't fathom interviewing with Larry King hours after this happened. I'm sure we will see some interviews in the morning on the Today Show, but at least survivors will have a little more time to process
