Washington, DC help - bus tours?

We did a night bus tour of the monuments through Chariots for Hire (bought a Living Social deal). LOVED it! We would do it again in a heartbeat. I looked on their website and I don't think they are offering night tours any longer (our trip was 2014). The bus was a large, air conditioned, comfortable tour bus. They picked us up at 6:30 pm at the Ronald Reagan Building then we were on the tour for I think around 3 hours. We'll probably do another night tour next trip to DC if I can find a deal.

I bought the Groupon for the DC Trails tour, but the buses were so hit and miss. At the Museum of American History stop, we saw 3 Old Town Trolley buses come and go before our DC Trails bus came. It was very frustrating. I've done the Monuments by Moonlight tour, and actually had wished that they stopped at fewer monuments. There's not much to really see at most of them.
