Washer dryer in BLT 1 br?

Just checking out the website and notice that washer dryer is not listed under 1 br units but it is for 2 br units. Is this just an oversight? I thought all 1 br and larger villas in all resorts had a washer dryer. Just want to confirm.

Also, is detergent provided or do you have to bring it?

Yes, all 1BR's have a W/D. Detergent is provided to do 1 (maybe 2) loads. You'll need your own or need to buy some in the market.

yep, that's correct, just stayed in a 1-br at BLT, they do have washer/dryer-so convienent!

Where is the market you refer too? Is the detergent reasonable, or should I bring my own?

There is a market / shop over on the 4th floor of the Contemporary Resort. Obviously it would be cheaper if you brought your own from home, but not 100% necessary.

I've used the Purex sheets that go from the washer to the dryer on past trips. I loved them and they are so easy to pack with no worries of messes.

This was in our BLT 1BR-note the much improved doors and handles instead of the old bifolds.

I used these last week when we stayed in Fort Wilderness, and they worked great. I will have to buy more...

They do work great and are ideal if you fly because they are super-light. They can be packed easily without risking additional bag fees. (Also, no risk of spilling, but that's a bit obvious.)

WE just got back from a one bedroom at BLT and it was even a front load washer! Loved it!
