I'd be very flattered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds to me like she had as nice of a time talking to oyu as you did to her, and is trying to "build" more of a friendship.

If you can't go, send her a thoguhtful gift with a nice note saying that you are sorry you couldn't attend, but hope to get together soon so to talk. And then do it...make the effort to call her for lunch, dinner, drinks...whatever.
