We had reservations at CBR for May 29th-June 5th but decided to change our stay to CR. I called over 2 weeks ago to make this change and "thought" everything was ok. I received my CC statement in the mail today and what a big shock I was in for! My balance is now a little over $3,000!!!
I immediately called WDW to find out what was going on and spoke to a very nice CM. She had to do some research and after being on hold for a LONG while, she came back on the line and told me that on the 21st of this month they refunded my card back $1,123.00 for the first (cancelled) reservation at CBR. After I got off the phone with her, I called the CC company and they said they show NO refund on my card and that it should have been done by now because, according to her, it should only take 72 hours. She told me to give it 2 more days (not sure why 2 days exactly) but then call back to see if it had been posted by then. If it hasn't, I'm not sure what else to do. Sorry about the rambling, I am just VERY upset and wondered if anything similar had happened to anyone else?
