I got a AAA rate of 169.00 standard at AKL for 9/24 thru 10/8 ?? just seems a bit high. I cant wait for the AP rates to come out !

The rack rate for your stay is 199 so you got 15% off which is correct. According to Mousesavers 15% is the standard AAA discount for deluxe resorts during Value season (7/5-10/4). The AAA discount is higher (20%) for moderate and value resorts so maybe that's why you were confused. You're lucky because your stay extends into Regular season but you'll be charged Value season rates for the entire stay. The last 3 nights *would* be 239 - 10% AAA discount = 215 per night for anyone checking in on or after 10/5. You've made a good saving but fingers crossed you get AP discounts for an even greater discount!
