Was Goofy Pool just as bad?

Are cruisers really seeing a difference in the pools now that this new rule is in place? Are the pools cleaner? Never cruised before, and I just assumed we'd all be using the pools.

We as a family used the goofy pool and on cruise number one DS used the slide in the micky pool I did not notice anything foul or any major difference from the adult pool.

We cruised on the Magic back in April (prior to the newly enforced toddler policy). I noticed quite a difference in the apparent water quality between the Mickey and Goofy pools. While both pools were very crowded most of the time (it was during school vacation week afterall) the Mickey pool was *much* cloudier than the goofy pool. The adult pool was always crystal clear as it was barely used on our cruise.

Just my observations.
