Was briefly very excited!

I called first thing this morning and got the new discount on my room. I was booked POR preferred. The CM told me I saved $716 with the discount! It was more than I was estimating, but I was okay with that. then, I looked online at My Disney Experience and noticed I'm now in a Garden View room instead. I called back and there aren't any preferred for our dates. I wish the first CM had said that instead of just changing it. I would have switched because location isn't worth $700 to me, but still I think it's odd he just made a change on his own.

I'm sorry! I had a similar situation in that my prior reservation including Dining upgrade, when I rebooked this am, they dropped to QS... so, I have to call back later and get it all fixed! But, at least we saved something, right??

It'll be good! We still saved quite a bit. I'll just make sure I figure out how to request a building or two and hope for the best regarding walking distances! I mostly worry about coming back late when everyone is tired and then having to walk a long way to get home.
