I'm sure many people will be nervous but it seems like they're at least even more excited about it. Not me.. I am excited in general but I'm so nervous it overrides that.
I'm going to be more than 3 states away from everyone and everything I know.. it's my first real job.. I lived in a dorm my first year of college but went home a lot because of my terrible roommate..
I'll have a car so I won't have to worry about the buses, everyone in my immediate family will come visit sometime while I'm there, it can't be hard walking around sweeping all day even if it's hot, I can make at least basic meals.. so I shouldn't even be worried but I am!!

I feel the same way you do. I've never lived outside the home (went to community college, then my current college commute to save money) so I am nervous/excited about having the freedom to do whatever I want, buying groceries (I love food, what can I say), and meeting people.
