Yes. Every living body needs to be on the ADR.

Yep we had my 7 week old as baby lastname until he arrived and we officially named him but he had to be included in all hotel and restaurant reservations

For reservations technically yes, however if you are not able to increase the reservation size I would just go with the current number and let them know when you arrive that you have an additional baby. This would not necessarily work out at places like Beirgarten, but would be fine at places like Sanaa where you are not sitting one atop the other.

If you can increase the number of people on the restaurant reservations then you should. There will be no charge anywhere for the baby - its purely to enable the restaurant to gauge seating capacity.

They can add the baby as Baby Lastname with due date as birthdate until baby is born. We had my son listed on the reservation months before he was born.

shouldn't effect any costs and no wristband involved or dining plan cost...

The baby makes no difference for your hotel reservation, but for purposes of ADRs, it's easier to log on and add the baby to the overall reservation now. Then when you make an ADR, you can click quickly to add them on. You also get an extra magic band for them, which can be very cute. We currently have "Baby Three" on our reservation for December.

On our first trip to WDW, I made a few reservations without including our 8-month old. I learned from this forum that I should have included him. Over time, I was able to find replacement reservations for everything except Ohana brunch. At Ohana, my wife explained at the front, and they were okay with it. It did take us almost 30 minutes to be seated, but I'm not sure whether that was because of the extra 'guest' or not.

since they don't need tix or dining plan credits what would be the point of the magic band?

This happened to us. Had not made ADR's yet, but it did mess with our room choice. Started at CBR, moved to Por, then decided that would be to small, and ended up at ASMu Suites, which worked out great. Ours was 3 months on the trip.

My 7 week old son got a magic band for our on-site stay. You can use them for same day fp for one adult as they aren't linked to the existing fp but it has to be done at a kiosk. Also my two year old want to be just like me and his dad and always wants to wear our fitness trackers. I'm sure your grandson would like one to be like everyone else as well.

ok got it all squared away but had to put fake birthday for the one in the oven...... all 7 wristbands customized . not sure what use a wristband has for infants.

it is more for toddlers, Disney infants, that want to be like others. had one last summer for our 4 month old but also for the 2.5 year old who had to be like his big brothers. know my daughter keep the baby's for her book from trip
