WARNING!!! October crowd levels at WDW will be....

We'll have to report back here after the trip, because I have historically good luck with crowd levels, and I'll be there Oct 12-16. So if everything is fine for me until you arrive with your insane crowds we'll know you have powerful bad crowd luck. If the crowds don't grow until I leave we'll know my good luck is superior to your bad luck.

Some bumps in the road, BUT still looks like we are going....so the WARNING is still in effect....sorrrryyyyyy (not really...:) )

Hope your "bumps" were small ones! We've had some too, but trip is almost all paid for, or set aside. So...bring on October!

We just had a trip to WDW in Feb/March 2009. So we were not plannning to go back so soon. We justified this trip, in our own minds:rolleyes1, because we were taking some dear friends who had never been. The Military Salute tickets made it affordable. Then we decided to take our soon to be 3 year old grandson.pirate: Then our 7 year old grandson :darth:jumped on. It was great!! party:Once again, I was in a planning frenzy!!!:dance3:

THEN, our friends backed out.....now it looks like our 3 year old grandson won't be able to come....separation issues.....if our 7 year old grandson backs out I will be deflated.....:worried:

I changed a few things around. I have NOT made my ADRs. The times posted are wishful thinking......pixiedust:

We are going with our DD, her DH our DGS7pirate:(turning 8 on trip) and almst 3yr DGD:bride:. So I can sure relate. I would by lost if they weren't along for the trip. I am so looking forward to it.
DH is almost out of work, can't seem to get a regular paycheck from place he was at. Everyone is suffering. So glad that all is paid for but the park tickets. May have to dip into some savings for that. But I really feel like we all need this trip this year. What could be better than Disney.:yay:

Okay everyone - I'm joining in the fun post too as we will be there for our first visit Oct 14 - 21 at POP. What are the crowds generally like? I have been there 2x before but my DH, DD, DS, MIL, FIL are coming for the first time and I am trying to figure out our plan for ADR's etc. Do you avoid parks on EMH or not? Is anyone going to MNSSHP?

Thanks!

...we arrive on the 23rd! So you will be taking the crowds home with you then, I reeaally appreciate that! :rotfl:

We will be there Oct. 16-23 staying at the POP w/ free dining. So I hope the crowds are not tooooooo bad. We went a few years ago in Oct and we had to wait in line but it was not bad. Our youngest was two so there was alot of baby swapping going on. So each ride took a little longer. This time she will be able to ride just about everything. She is a daredevil! The weather was great. I was just wondering if it might get busy if they extend the free dining. We got a PIN but I know they sometimes extend offers.

I am getting my ADRs. I will let you know which parks to avoid soon....:rotfl:

Thanks for joining!!!!:yay:I like to go to EMH at MK, but I avoid it at the other parks. MK has a lot to do, the others not so much. We usually have lunch at LTT or CP then park hop to another park. We are thinking on doing the MNSSHP on Thurs. Oct, 22 as we will leave Friday evening. We have never gone so we are not sure, and are still looking up info......:surfweb:

We'll be there too. Hoping for the best. We've gone in Aug and Sept before. It's got to be better.:goodvibes
Hope there aren't too many schools that have that week off. We chose it because DGS has a fall break then, and his BDay!:thumbsup2
