Disney Dining is going to kill me for posting this, but those of you who made CRT reservations on 8/4 may want to call and confirm them.
I called today to cancel my CRT PS I made on 8/4 and when I gave them the PS number, they said it was a reservation for Crystal Palace and it had been made AND cancelled on 8/4. They had no record of any CRT reservation that I had made on 8/4. Fortunately, I had a different CRT that the concierge made that I was keeping, so I didn't need it anyway. But, if I hadn't called and had showed up at CRT at 8:30 on 10/4, there would have been a big problem.
I'm hoping that this was just a mistake by the original agent (who must have noticed if she cancelled it- but didn't fix it), but from now on, I will call to verify my important PSs.
