warning - DD having technical difficulties...don't waste your time!

I just called DD at 9:30, stayed on hold for about 25 minutes and was told there were technical difficulties and to call back in an hour and a half to 2 hours.....don't waste your time right now!
 
Hang in there and good luck - everyone is reporting pretty much getting what they wanted.
