I think I read a post previously about someone requesting ME and then checked only to find out it wasn't on their reservation. Hmmm - so I checked and sure enough my information was not in my reservation. I know I gave all my flight info... So I gave it again. I will re-confirm in a few days to see if it stuck this time.
So if you haven't verified since originally reserving ME, call.

The representative I spoke with was very nice and told me he would make the call to obtain my information so I didn't need to call back if I didn't hear back from him. I haven't heard back from him so I am assuming he was able to get it from CRO, but I will be calling back anyway to verify. You know what assuming does. 
. She said I probably would not receive my tags as just too many people were using DME and they couldn't get them out. I told her I had read on some of the forums where they were being sent out by Fed Ex or Express Mail and she said yes some were, but there was just too many and it looked like they had decided to quit doing it and just wait and let the CMs in the airport find the luggage. She said to just give the CM the airport luggage receipt and they would 'have to try to match them up at the baggage carousel'. She was very nice, but sounded very frazzled and unsure. I asked her to put a request in to Fed Ex mine and she said she couldn't and that they couldn't just pick and choose, but she was 'fairly certain everything would be OK'. I don't feel good about this at all. I leave May 13th and hope some reviews are out by then. It looks like I may be scheduling a town car afterall (at least for the trip to the resort). They sound like they are completely overwhelmed.
