I changed my October reservation yesterday from BCV to AKV. When I went on the website to check it this morning neither my original reservation or my AKV reservation were there. I called MS with my confirmation number this morning and they told me that the reservation had been cancelled. I explained that I had not cancelled it and there must have been a mistake. I tried to re-book it but there was no availability. My rep put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and told me she had talked to her manager and she could make a new reservation for me. I ended up with my reservation but the whole thing took almost 30 minutes and was very frustrating. I am glad I checked, I wonder if they would have been able to fix this if it had been a month later.
