I've done it twice, in 2008 and 2011. Biggest change I noticed was in dinner. Second time, service was super-slow, my cynical brain thought it might be because a set tip was already guaranteed. Also, whereas the first time we were off to the side, kind of by ourselves, the second time we were right in the middle of the restaurant-kind of loud around us. Anyways, both times our meal consisted of a family platter of 3 different choices for each course. The only problem with that is that if there's a couple big beef fans, for example, by the time the platter gets to you there may not be beef left. And as long as there's SOMETHING on the platter, no more is offered. So (as I was the first time) you may get only one choice-as I did with chicken the first time. Second time I was more aggressive grabbing the platter

Safari was about 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours, dinner closer to 2 hours.
