Wanting to book Wyndham Bonnet Creek?

I am really interested in trying to book Bonnet Creek but having some hesitations. Does anyone have any advise/suggestions on whether to book within the 60 day mark for an early June stay? From what I have been reading up on. ..states the best rates are during that booking time frame. Should I be afraid of not having any availability during that time. Looking for a full week (Saturday to Saturday stay in a 2 bedroom.

I just booked this resort this past Thursday for the week of Memorial Day for 7 nights (the last week of May). I checked with 3 different places, and only one of them had a 2 bedroom, which is what I wanted. I got a great rate--850 for those 7 nights--so I was really pleased. Don't be afraid of getting quotes from various places--you might be pleasantly surprised. Oh, and this place seems to book up for the early summer dates, so it certainly wouldn't hurt to get some inquiries now.

As a Wyndham owner, I can tell you that I booked 6 nights in June back in January and had to adjust my arrival date to get a 2 BR. Now, that is as an owner, not renting the place from someone. They might have already reserved a block and have things available. I would go ahead and start looking now.

I wouldn't wait! I booked our April trip in early January and had a hard time finding a 2br. I contacted 5 ppl on VRBO and one other person, non of them had availability, I finally booked with VS.

If you book with Vacation Upgrades they will attempt to rebook you at 60 days for the cheaper rate. So I would book now and try to rebook for the $120 per night at 60 days with VU. They are the only company I know that will do this.

Hi. You should book now. Bonnet Creek is very popular and seems to be one of the Wyndham timeshares that books very fast. In January I booked my 3 weeks for July in a 2-bedroom. This will be our second vacation at BC and third time renting from the same owner. He told me that it seems to book sooner every year.

Last year we spent 3 weeks at Cypress Pointe in a 3-bedroom to try something different, but nothing beats Bonnet Creek. We had a good time and were in walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants. Since no one in my family drives that was a plus, but I would rather be at BC and rely on cabs. Nothing beats all the pools and lazy river at BC.


Have a great vacation no matter where you stay, but if you really want BC book right away. Don't wait.

Book now. You won't be able to get the cheaper rate. There is nothing available within 60 days of now. I can't imagine there would be within 60 days of June.

A mega renter might have availability within 60 days but you won't get a discount unless Bonnet Creek still has availability and the rental company can rebook something.
