thanks tracy thats great

i too have been in september

what are the crowds like for mnsshp?

do you think i have left it too late to get tickets for this years?

i dont even know if dh can get time off work yet!

heres hoping

i need some fairy dust to ensure we can get booked up. theres nothing fairy dust cant fix right?

We were there last October - the weather was great :) Still quite humid on some days - lovely and warm too.

We too went to MNSSHP - they were still selling tickets for some nights so you should be ok to get some.

Crowd levels weren't bad - but some days wait times for the popular rides were 60 mins by lunchtime. Lots of fellow Brits out there in October as we went over half term - we even got to see a Christmas tree in Epcot!

i would say,you would still be able,to get tickets.we are going on the 31st.
hope your hubby, can get time off.good luck!

We go every year in October - wouldn't go any other time (we do not have children so there is no problem with schooling). The weather is still fantastic, apart from the odd shower, the water is still warm and the crowds are much less and I think the longest we have queued for a ride is about 15 minutes. Going again this year in about 7 weeks - in October of course!!! :cool1:

Sorry to hijack but we are going in October 21st to 4 Nov, I was wondering about the weather, if we pack the following will be ok. (don't worry I won't hold any one responsible if I have to go shopping for some new stuff but I might blame you to hubby so I can get some shopping in ;) )

3 shorts/capris
3 T-shirts
1 longsleeve jumper
1 pair of trousers

1 skirt for me. (don't think the boys would appreciate me packing one for them.)

The only really late night we plan is for MNSSHP the rest I suspect we will be home by 9.00 ish.

Quite frankly it can't be any colder than what it is in the UK currently and we are still wearing capris and shorts. Well I hope anyway.

Thanks Kirsten

October is probably my favourite time to go to WDW. The weather is nearly perfect, hot but little rain and not too humid.

The Food and Wine Festival is on in Epcot, which is my favourite thing to do in WDW.

Kirsten - You almost certainly will not need a longsleeve jumper outside, but it may come in handy when in the restaurants. I know my wife finds the air conditioning too cold for her taste.

thank you all so much

i already feel really emotional about planning a trip. i think its also because im scared hubby wont get time off.

a question for zeebs. are you staying in a villa *** thats about the amount of clothes we take when we stay in one. we take and extra pair of shoes too.

yes we are, so we have a washing machine, so 1 set of clothing on, 1 in the wash and 2 spare. Plus hopefully this will leave a lot of room in my suitcase for all that shopping I plan on doing.
