Wanted--Chef Cards for food allergies

Can someone plese help me with creating chef card? Both of my sons have life threatening food allergies & food intolerances. I wanted to get special Disney chef card while we are there.

I was thinking maybe a cute Chef Mickey DISign and the following info



Food Allergy Card
I have severe food allergies. In order for me to avoid a life-threatening reaction, I must avoid all food that contain:

(highlight)Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Coconut & Sesame Seeds
I have intolerances to artificial flavors & colorings. Aspartame, MSG, sodium benzoate, nitrates, sulfites & preservatives (BHA, BTA, TBHQ)(highlight)

Please make sure that my food does not contain any of these ingredients, and that any utensils and equipment used to prepare my meal, as well as prep surfaces, are fully cleaned immediately before using. THANK YOU for your help.

Hi Angie
Just a heads up
I made one for myself (shellfish allergy)Anaphylaxis
and the chefs didn't even look at it,
They only wanted to discuss with me in person the allergy and
then let me know what they could offer. Most places that have shellfish on the menu were honest with me and said they could not 100% guarantee no cross contamination so I just avoid those restaurants now.
I had a bad reaction at OKW (Olivias) to french fries cooked in oil which was cross-contaminated with shellfish.
I now travel with benadryl liquid and EpiPen.
I have also thought of getting a medical ID bracelet.
I make sure the resort list this allergy on my reservation(I travel alone sometimes and when you can't speak into the phone which is what happened to me,it helps!
The disabilities thread on he DIS is a great resource for info on allergies also.

Thanks so much they look great. I will try them and see how it goes. If they don't really look at them, at least I have cute cards for home. Thanks again and I will check out the disabilities thread for some tips.
