wanted budget poster making site

I have a great picture I want to make into a 22wide by 18 high poster.

I have no idea where online to look. any ideas

I am sure there are cheaper places but have you looked at walmart and samsclub online.

Walgreens makes poster size prints.

I got my DDs graduation picture blown up to near poster size from Mpix. It was a little more than Walgreens, but still relatively inexpensive in my opinion. It is of better quality too. I had it mounted on foamboard and it has a special coating to prevent fading. Many people who see it think its a painting.

not sure if it is budget or not, but Kinkos also makes poster size prints.

I looked at artscow.com, costco and Walmart...Walmart won.
