Patty they are beautiful pictues! The one of your daughter really isn't that bad (I am talking about the cropping, she is very pretty!) I actually like a basic face picture (See my DD in my sig. Lov that shot)
But the one of you son I would make them do over take the original so they can see. The muddy feet are a part of the charm!

Spinning - that is pretty much UNCROPPED - those are the 5x7's

(I actaully took a picture of JUST his feet - he he - it is so cute - I can't wait to get to that layout!

Those are awesome pictures! YOur kids are really cute. I'd definitely crop the top of your son's picture and the bottom of your dd's picture. Just curious why do you need to crop the picture? Are you putting it in a 8 by 10 frame?

you use 35MM film and have a picture blown up to 8X10 they actually make an 8X11+ then crop it down. I can't believe that I never noticed before -
well this time the guy didn't know WHERE to crop so he gave them to me as is -
well now I don't want to crop them to fit into the 11X14 frame I bought with a mat to an 8X10.
