Thought I'd do a bit of a round up an grouping thing so people have an at a glance thing for this thread to make it easier to organise some meets.

I have listed it into groups of people who are there at the same time and ther lucky locals who can turn up to any.

If anyone feels like a hot chocolate and a meet up outside Ghiradelli's (World of Disney side) on the morning of October 5th and then maybe another later in the week I think that should pretty much capture everyone in the first group. Post or PM a time you'd like to meet up ( I was thinking around 10 - 10:30 ish)

the am of the 5th is bad for me, but understand if this time is best for majority, I am doing the behind the scenes animal kingdom tour and son is doing the segway tour . we are doing MNSSHP the night of the 6th .

What month? DH (CL_capecad) and I will be at WDW from Oct 28 - Nov 1. We already have plans to Quest with Taryn (Doomcookie) and her "other" and we are meeting even more VMK people for dinner at 'Ohana on the evening of Oct 30.

I was thinking about going to Disneyland on Sunday the 11th (Monday is the 12th and I have to work . I'd love to meet you then. I'm not sure if we could get on the tour and if we could I'd have to be your guest, if that's alright. In anycase it would be fun to meet you and other VMKers!

Maybe we should start our own Disneyland thread so the Florida people don't get confused and so the California people can find us

Our MNSSHP tickets are also booked for the 6th! Are u guys dressing up?

We are also booked on the Universal Horror Nights on Sept 30th. Is anyone going to that?

not sure if we are packing anything this year in costumes. took up alot of room in suitcase and flying baggage space is an issue.we have dressed up in the past and had a great time who knows may just pull out something simple and not a lot of space taken

Also skipping Halloween horror nights this year , the last two years we went , we were disappointed in it ( not as good as past years) . have a spooktacular time ...

fitting to Quest with you. There are no drums to dance on, though.
I'm really leaning toward October 15 or 16th now!

Thank you. Man, I have been on VMK way too much. Its crazy! Well either day would be great , we are going to Mickey's not so scary on Thursday and on Sunday. I can not wait. I am going to be Belle and Aaron is going to be Van Helsing. This will be fun.

I plan on popping up to the parks on 10/9, which is a Sunday. If anyone is free and wants to meet up, send me a PM.

I probably won't answer right away as I'm out of town from 9/25-10/2 (my trip to Austria *finally* ) so, keep that in mind.

We'd love to meet with you and TheWolf, and anyone else willing to brave the Beasts (DD#1 and #2)!

We'll be there mid-afternoon Sun Oct 2 through around noon Fri Oct 7. The only real "planned" things now are CRT lunch at Wed Oct 5, and 1900 Park Fare breakfast on Fri Oct 7.

Otherwise, given that we're travelling with DD3yo and DD14mo (who enjoy getting up at 6am...), we plan to hit a random park from opening until ~noon, at which point they will transform into Beasts. (We think 2 magic kingdom, and 1 animal kingdom morning; Epcot F+W booths for a couple of late afternoons / evenings, walking distance from the Boardwalk, where we'll be staying.)

Don't really know how / whether we'll be able to do the quests and tour. I'd love to. DW has the delusion that we'd be able to bring the Beasts, but somehow I think: BTMRR neither kid can go on, Haunted Mansion would probably freak DD3yo out, and the tour itself would probably not be so interesting. Maybe I can ditch my wife and kids. (Did I just say that? Hope she doesn't read this...)

But regardless of whether we can quest or tour together, would still want to somehow meet up with you!

Looks like Jessica and Miss Belle are the ones I can meet, and Aeryn and
SorcMickey can join people at any time.

Just wondering now that the trip is getting closer when we can do this.
