I posted on another forum but I need to buy a DVC AP asap....lol. I know there is a deal for DVC members to get a premier plus pass for the price of the regular gold pass. I won't use the water park passes but will take them if I go that route obviously...My other option is to buy a 7 day hopper from UT at a price of $470 with tax. Disney's price on this ticket is $517 a $47 savings. I would rather have the $47 than the water park option...can we still bridge these tickets???

Yes. You can still upgrade those tickets and pay the difference between their gate value and the cost of your AP. If the tickets purchased from UT had been "minted" prior to the most recent price hike, then only the gate price that was in effect on Feb 11, 2017 would be applied to the upgrade.
