Want To Get Married At Disney Need Help

Okay. So my future sil has just contacted me about wanting to surprise our families and get married to my bil at Disney. The Disney Wedding thing is WAY to expensive. So they were thinking about getting married at Disney with a JP. We're going down with our families in December 2006 and they want to surprise everyone by having a very small but highly planned gathering of people. I was wondering if 1 - has anyone done this before, 2 - is anyone a JP and can help us with the ceremony/license and 3 -if anyone had any ideas.

Please help me!! It's so exciting!!!!

People are not allowed to get on Disney property unless it's through Fairytale Weddings. People have been married in their hotel room on Disney property. This is a hot button topic.
