want to get concierge please help!

We have reservations from Aug 5 Aug 12 at BC standard room and want to get concierge but it seems that there is nothing available right now any suggestions on how i can get it at BC or YC it seems hard to believe that all the rooms in concierge are full is there any other way to acess if you pay extra!! Thank You

My advice is keep your std. res. and call frequently to try for the concierge level. There are many cancellations, so you have a pretty good chance of getting a CL room, at least for part of your trip. Ask them to check day-by-day, it could be only 1 day of your stay is causing the snag. Grab the CL days as they become available. Eventually, you will probably get it for your whole stay.

If nothing becomes available, ask at check in. I tried for 6 weeks to get concierge at AKL in April, nothing. Then, when I checked in, they told me it was available, and at the AP price I had booked for a pool view room!
