Did anyone pick up the Jif event at kennesaw for 9/13? the kit was delivered to my house today----would be willing to meet you or drop off store--if you think they can keep it on hand until event. PM me.

If no one on the board picked it up--should I just take the kit to the store? No coupons and the instructions do say to call for a credit increase day of event if kit has not arrived.

As for the kits that is a tough call... is the event still open or was it booked? The reason I ask is because they will most likely ship another one out to the new person since there is more than enough time.

I accidently book an event under my DWs id as I was not aware she was logged in... I found out when the original kit came in her name and I was all like WTH? So I unbooked it for her and booked it for me... 2 days later another kit arrived in my name. So whether or not you take it to the store is a toughy. Vanessa tried to get me to contact a Conumser Connect once when I booked an offdate because they had a kit... but I told her there is no way I am going to contact this person... directions say they are responsible, she worked out all the details with the other person and the kit was at the store. The store was pissed the event didn't run ondate and that this strange person dropped the kit off to them... catch-22 if you ask me.

Thanks for checking. I wondered if something was going on. When I check 60+ miles out on my SPi acct, I see the cereal events at Targets in Cincinnati & the Dayton area which is strange because TMT use to have the Target events in OH. When I check my TMT acct, I see nothing. Hopefully, SPi will be getting the Target events in Central OH too.

Well, since there aren't any coupons in the kit and there are directions for what to do if the kit doesn't arrive (purchase napkins, etc) unless it is DISer I will probably just hold onto it. (I wouldn't feel"funny" connecting with a DISer but with a total stranger--umm no thanks).

As far as rebooking--I had to laugh--the stuff in our area goes so fast it was picked up by someone within 2 hours of my unbooking. NOTHING stays out there in the ATL area for long. I'll just assume they will get a kit. If it wasn't a workday for me (with mandatory attendance now) I'd go up at the start of the event and just look for the MC person.

Well, my CQ event went pretty well, although only about a handful of people actually wanted to test the eye shadows. I gave out almost all of the eyeliner samples - the rest went to the employees standing around the front manager as she signed my form.

Oddest thing I saw today as I stood opposite one of the make-up aisles... a lady took a bottle of nail polish off the shelf... and actually applied it to her toes... both feet!! Then... SHE PUT IT BACK ON THE SHELF!!

Anybody else bored to tears at their Tyco/Little Ones Diaper event today?! OMG I HATE being stuck in the back of the store in the baby department. Even though my Kmart was doubling all coupons up to a $2 making them only $4.99 a pack I think I sold 2. I was lucky to give away 10 samples.
