Want Dinning Plan Spreadsheet

Months ago when I started my planning I had a great dinning spreadsheet that calcualted the cost and if it was cost effective to us the DDP. My computer crashed and now I don't have it or who the great person was who sent it to me.

If you have a copy of a excel spreadsheet dinning plan break down I would love to have it.
