My flight to WDW today was cancelled and I won't be getting in until midnight tomorrow.

I will be dropping 4FPs at 1:50-2:50 tomorrow soon. Anyone interested I will try to time it out so you can try and get it.

For the future, you can transfer them. Both parties need to be connected as friends and family on MDE. Then go into the FP in question, click "change party". Then unselect the current people and select the new people. The new people will need valid park admission. They should also be able to accept that pass (so don't have another fastpass at that time, don't have 3 FPs, don't have passes at another park); the Fastpass booking software should show an alert that another pass would be cancelled, but it's better to just have room for it in the first place.
