Wand Care

My little one got chosen at ollivanders and is in love with her wand. She’s been casting spells everywhere, but the wand is a little sticky and I want to clean it off. I know I don’t need to mess with the tip, but what about the rest of the wand? Is soap okay to use on it? I don’t want to mess up how it looks for her. Thanks so much.

I'd just wipe it with a lysol wipe.
