is this the same cheesecake that can be found in the Cable Car Bake Shop?

On our last visit we noticed the Cable Car Bake Shop sold cheesecake and that it looked exactly the same as the one served to us the day before in Walt's. We didn't get to try it (supposed to be going back later that day but didn't end up getting back there) so I was wondering if anyone else had tried it and found it to be the same?

Ooooh, I really hope it is! I loved that cheesecake and I know they served the same one in Inventions.

I didn't know they had it in Inventions too! :thumbsup2

I've just found these pics of it in the Cable Car Bake Shop on this blog - http://benedictelarre.wordpress.com/2011/04/ (towards the end of the page) and i'm sure it's the same one! Fingers crossed it is..... so I can have one everyday with my lunch! :laughing:

Oooh! That looks yummy! We had the carrot cake from the Cable Cake Bar which was pictured too and that was amazing too!:goodvibes

I love carrot cake too! - Arghhhh I think i'm going to OD on food this trip!! So many things I want to try after looking at food pics constantly lately. My body isnt going to know what's hit it by the time i've finished :lmao:

DH and I were so tired on the last morning that we missed breakfast in favour of carrot cake bar from the Cable Cake Bar. It was 4.60 Euros a slice but it easily filled up DH and I!:goodvibes

Me too!:goodvibes It's only when you talk to people on forums like this; you realise what an integral part the food is to a trip to DLP. I'm sure that the cakes and stuff have been sprinkled with some pixie dust to make them taste better at DLP than anything you could get at home!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I spend more time planning my food here than anything else - I'm sure my hubby thinks i'm nuts.... :rotfl:

I do too!:goodvibes I think because I'm on a diet too; I just keep drooling over the photo's!:rotfl2:I keep changing my mind where I want to eat - DH says he's happy for me to make the decision about where we eat as long as we go to Annette's!:cool1:

I just noticed that you are at DLP the month after us - so I will be sure to take lots of food photos' - last year DH said that people were giving me funny looks taking food photo's - but from the number of food photo's around I think I'm not nuts but just in good company!:goodvibes:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I think I spend so much time thinking about the food because I eat very healthy 6 days a week and only have one day where I will eat treats. When i'm away I allow myself to eat what I like - not good in a way because I tend to go a little crazy! :lmao:

I was only speaking to my hubby yesterday about taking food pics when i'm away this time... he said..."as long as you plan on taking them because i'm not doing it for you!"... for fear of getting weird looks in the restaurants! :laughing: Think i'll be brave doing the plate pics but i'm not sure about going up to the buffet and taking close ups! :rotfl2:

I'll look forward to seeing your food pics when you get back - you can tell me how many weird looks you got first! ;) :laughing:

Me too! I do Slimming World so eat healthy 6 out of 7 days too!:) I also allow myself to eat what I want when I go away and like you go a little crazy. I generally put on 1 stone when I'm away despite all that walking!:eek::eek:

It makes me a little anxious taking the photo's - especially when at the buffets they have white lights above the foods which makes it difficult to take photo's.

Definitely!!!:rotfl::rotfl:
