Walt Disney World to test driverless shuttles

I thought they changed a few years ago https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walt_Disney_World_Monorail_System#Automation

They embarked on a program to do that. I believe much of the equipment was installed, but it was never implemented. You can see the driver controlling the train if you stand near the front of the monorail station as one arrives.

Seems a driverless monorail would be easier to do and would come before driverless busses or cars.
