Can anyone confirm that the Swan will transfer luggage to a WDW resort?
Yes, they will. And Disney will do the reverse also. Can anyone confirm that the Swan will transfer luggage to a WDW resort?

I tried to book the dolphin a year out and it was totally booked for my dates. A few months later they opened up rooms and had plenty of availability. Also if the rate goes up you should be fine as long as you don't try to change your dates. I booked the swan before the swan increase and recently tried to shift the dates a bit but they would not honor the lower cost.
I can't give you specifics on your questions but for an Epcot view you would want higher floors, east wing, Epcot view.Has anyone requested a room with a view of Epcot when staying on points and if so was your request fulfilled? It looks like the east wing would have an Epcot view but I do not know what rooms are in that wing or if any of those rooms are available for points bookings.
If not the above does anyone have any suggestions for rooms requests for points bookings, either for the standard rooms at 10k or the upgraded at 11k points per night?
Complete the concierge request now, call and request your preferences be noted on your reservation and then again at check in.Heading down in 8 days. Staying at the Dolphin in an executive suite. What is the best way to communicate my preferences? I really want a renovated room....

I called yesterday and made reservations at All Star Sports after a conference at Swan/Dolphin I asked this same question and was told no they do not make a luggage transfer because the Swan/Dolphin isn't part of their hotels, that I would have to take a cab and it would cost $15-20 because its only 15 minutes away. Can anyone confirm that the Swan will transfer luggage to a WDW resort?

Epcot, the Studios and MK (walking through Epcot and taking the monorail)?Easy to get to three parks without using the bus.
Yes, just got back from a fantastic weekend at the Swan. I had requested a room on a higher level with a balcony and Epcot view using points. I was granted my request. We had a beautiful room with two queen size beds. The room was a good size and nice and neat and clean. It was great sitting on the balcony in the morning just listening to the Disney sounds. I love the area where the Dolphin and Swan are located. Easy to get to three parks without using the bus. My DS and I had a fantastic time. He wants to go back again next year. Going to have to try to get that one passed through the DW again..... LOL!!

That sounds great. To get the room with the balcony did you pay extra points or did they upgrade your standard room to the balcony room? We went about a year ago and stayed at the swan and really liked it but did not have the balcony.
