I had to post my experiences with the WDW Executive Offices. After our last trip in March I wrote to WDW Exec Offices to let them know (I did not complain) that they had some issues with bus transportation, as we found the wheelchair lifts not working regularly on the older buses (this had never been the case when we had visited before). We also had some confusion over room allocation etc. I just asked them when they were replacing the older buses.
We got a very nice letter back in June offering us 3 nights and 4 days free of charge at AKL which was completely unexpected but also very nice. Anyway, we were unable to book a room for 5 from the UK and the cheapest way seems to be to book a package and therefore I rang the WDW Exec Offices and explained the problem.
They asked me to book a package for 4 people and an extra flight for the 5th person. They are now upgrading the room from a standard 4 to a deluxe 5, also because we have not used the 3 nights, they will put $1170 on credit on our room account on arrival (3 nights at peak rack rate!).
All this because I politely asked a quesiton about buses. I have never come across customer service like it. This is why we don't go on holiday anywhere else.
